Colleague Health evolved from Western CPAP, a service originally formed and owned by Compassion Business Trust and the Good Samaritan Society.
Western CPAP’s mission was to support workplace productivity, safety, and engagement through the provision of sleep wellness services to employers and distributors in Western Canada.
Through this work, it became clear that many employees either don’t use, or aren’t even aware-of their employee assistance programs.
Colleague Health is re-imagining Employee Assistance – making it relevant to employee’s everyday lives, while linking to their employer’s marketplace realities.
Our mission is to help people – through their employers – to improve the quality of their work and personal lives.
We work with employers to give them a sustainable competitive advantage with services that support their staff to work productively, safely, and more effectively.
